We incorporated in 2019 with a niche design.This was to provide a service for songwriters that would let them know instantly what the status of their songs were. Each new member would receive a secured, private portal where they could login anytime and view all of their information. This concept has not changed but the member portal has by leaps and bounds.

What we provide?

As of this year, we no longer distribute songs. Why did we stop? Because over 10,000 new songs are being uploaded for distribution on a daily basis.

We don't like the idea that a songwriter, paying for a service that may get them "discovered" has a very low probability of doing that. The market is saturated.

So, we rebuilt our website and relaunched. Now, we exclusively market sync licensing opportunities. Since we are just getting started in this new endeavor, you can start for Free. We don't make a dime unless you do.

If you are unaware of what sync licensing is, look around our website. It is full of this type of information. The great thing about it is, this is a better way to start getting paid for the use of your music.

I would love to leave a review here for Songwriters Portal. I did their recording package for the latest song that I wrote. I can't come up with words to describe how impressed I am. First, overcome with emotions, because hearing a song come out sounding how you heard it in your head, but even better is emotional. The instruments and singing for the demo were on a top level. I mean it sounds like it is already a hit song on the radio. That is because they took every aspect of the song recording seriously and professionally. All I can say is WOW, and thank you so much.

Every day I read posts from people who are still paying song distribution companies to market their songs. They all say about the same thing. And that is they don't get signed and no one contacts them. And the word "scam" is mentioned.

I am going to tell you if you are reading this, some insider information. I have been in this business for 10 years. At this point we do not provide song distribution services at all. Why? Because the odds are stacked against you. I don't care how good your songs are. Here is why:

Every songwriter I have ever done business with believes their music is over the moon. In reality, it's not. What I am stressing is that your song's have to be in the top 5% of all songs being presented.
AI assisted songs still carry the risk of law suits.
Today with the advent of AI, every person and their dog is cranking out songs. Over 10,000 new songs are being uploaded for distribution on a daily basis. What are your odds of your song being seen, much less heard? It's like purchasing a winning lottery ticket.
Song distribution is "dead".
Don't waste your money, period.

So, what is different about our company? We are doing something very different. We make sync licensing opportunities available for songwriters. What do we charge for this? Nothing to get started. You get the same opportunities that our paid subscriptions receive. We don't make money unless you do. Take a look at our pricing page and you will see what is included. Our paid packages are $9 and $12 per month. They include instrumental track creation and advanced metatag management which is a fancy way of saying "We create all of your metadata like genres, moods, etc for you." If you have many songs to submit, entering all that information for each song will make you want to pull your hair out. That is the basic difference from the Free plan where you enter all the info yourself.

We try our best to be as transparent as possible. We never want to hear that we are scam artists like so many others writing about other companies. We work very hard, putting together every songwriters data for entry into music supervisors databases. These are the people who are looking for soundtracks for TV, TV Ads, Movies, and Gaming. They find your music by searching on the type of song, mood, genre, bpm, key, and several other parameters. We take your entered information and rebuild it in their databases. Very time consuming and like I said, we don't make a dime unless you do.
