How To Pitch My Music

Songwriter’s Portal is an on-line music clearinghouse/ song pitching service.

You are allowed to upload 4 songs per month for evaluation. All songs that are approved are then pitched to music industry professionals.

Your approved songs will be pitched to Producers, A&R Departments/ Record Labels, management groups, Artist Representatives, Breakout Artist, Sync opportunities for placement in Television and Motion Pictures, advertising and video games.

We work in all genres of music.

Songwriter’s Portal’s main function is connecting and helping your secure a deal for your songs. We do not require or have you sign away any percentage of your royalties or copyright in exchange for helping you secure your deal. After all you’re the songwriter and did all the hard work.

Unlike other pitch services and song-pluggers when we pitch your songs you are immediately notified. You receive an email notification every time your song is pitched or when a music industry professional logs in and listens to one of your songs. Then it is documented in your personal secure portal on-line.

We offer both annual and month to month subscriptions.

We also can provide professional recording services to create a radio ready mastered productions.

No problem, you can send us a recording of you singing or humming into your phone a long with the lyrics and we’ll create a radio ready production.

Song Ready tracks are fully produced productions that you can purchase then write and record your lyrics to the track. You own 100% of the rights of the production.

Yes, we have numerous professional Vocalists available to sing your song if needed.

We will provide you a complete breakdown and critique of your song. We don’t provide some cookie-cutter written report or email, we provide you a recorded audio report of your critique.

We build a professional form and attach your songs along with the songwriter's name. The form is queued up to be distributed to over 400 music industry professionals. We monitor the click rate, open rate, and if and which songs were played. This data is stored in our matrix. Every two weeks after submission, we reach out to every listener for a period of six weeks seeking feedback.
